Students entering 7th grade in the 2021-2022 school year are required to have the Pertussis/Tdap immunization. Students who do not have proof of the booster will not be able to start school until this requirement is met. If your child has already received a Tdap booster on or after their 7th birthday, please email proof of immunization to firstname.lastname@example.org, or mail it to the school office at 4835 Doyle Road, San Jose, 95129. As we reopen our campuses, we have put several protocols in place to help ensure the safety of all students and staff. Moreland School District follows the guidance of the California Department of Public Health and Santa Clara Public Health Department.
